Former Executive Director of Scibelli Enterprise Center Appointed Dean at MxCC

Fred Andrews, New Appointed Dean Ferdinand (Fred) Andrews has been appointed by the Board of Trustees as Dean of Workforce Development, Continuing Education and Community Service at Middlesex Community College (MxCC).

Andrews comes well equipped for the position with experience as a business banking officer and as a consultant that provided training to organizations and communities in developing small business incubators and support services to clients. Andrews holds a bachelor of arts from Charter Oak College and a master of arts in liberal studies from Wesleyan University.

Before his last position as the assistant vice president/executive director of the Scibelli Enterprise Center, Andrews was at MxCC for ten years as the director of business and industries. “It’s an absolute joy to be coming home. This is a tremendous opportunity for me to give back to the college.”
