Middlesex Community College Presenting Program on Asperger’s Syndrome

In celebration of disability awareness and diversity, the Middlesex Community College’s President’s Committee on Diversity (PCOD) is sponsoring a DVD presentation about Asperger’s Syndrome titled “Rylee’s Gift.” The focus of the program is on interviews with family members of a young “Aspie,” as well as adults diagnosed with this disorder. The public is cordially invited to attend this enlightening program scheduled for Wednesday, October 18, at 12:30 p.m., in room 605 of Chapman Hall, at the Middletown campus, 100 Training Hill Road.

PCOD is presenting this program in keeping with their focus on building awareness and community networking that relates to the support of a multicultural perspective by involving MxCC students, staff and the public in ongoing discussions on intercultural relations and attitudes.
