Registering for an online class follows the same procedure as an on-campus class. Continuing students can register for an online class via myCommNet.
New students must apply for college admission first and then come to campus to register for an online class on an open registration day (schedule below).
Readmit students must fill out a readmit form prior to registering.
A special procedure is provided for new students who can not come to MxCC campuses to register for an online class. For more information about registration, click here to visit the Records web site.
Act early! Seats for online classes are taken quickly.Continuing Students
Continuing students can register for Fall classes using the Online registration system starting April 7, 2008. Click here for detailed registration information. Continuing students can also register via fax and phone. Consult the Records web site for more information.
Readmit students
After completing the readmit form, readmit students can register in-person registration, fax, phone, and mail-in registration. Readmit students must provide proof of prerequisites as necessary but do not need to go though Distance Learning to register. After completing the readmit form, readmit students can register any time via fax, mail, phone and in-person procedures. For more information, visit the Registration page. However, if you took non-credit, high school partnership, or continuing education courses, you must fill out the application for admission.
New Students
If you are a new student, you MUST (1) apply for the college first and (2) come to either Middletown or Meriden campus to register on an open registration day. New students who cannot come to our campuses on the open registration day refer to the special procedure for accommodation.
