Troubleshooting and Helpful Resources

1. If you have problems logging on to WebCT, click here. Reviewing Preparation for WebCT may allow you to self-diagnose and resolve the problem.

2. If you are not able to use tools such as Discussion Board, WebCT Mail, Chat, or other tools in WebCT, you may need to:

• Check the compatibility of the browser (ex. Internet Explorer, Netscape Navigator, Mozilla Firefox, AOL) you use with WebCT. To do this, please visit the CTDLC system requirements page.
• Remove "pop-up blockers","filters", and the "firewall" on your computer.
• Many login problems and tool usage problems can be resolved by use the Mozilla Firefox web browser. Click here for download and installation instruction.
