File Format and Its Applications in WebCT
In WebCT Course Content, an instructor usually attaches various types of class files for you to view. If a file is not in web based format( e.g.html, .jpg, or .gif), you need to have on your computer an application that will open and view the file.
The following table lists file formats and the corresponding applications. If you don't have the application, you may click an application name to access a free download site. Be sure that you download and install the appropriate application to your computer before you open a non-web based file.
