Read a File Attached to a Discussion Message

When there is a new message posted on the Discussion Board, you are notified on the MyWebCT page. When you enter the Homepage, you will see the new message Discussion icon .

1. To read a message, click Discussions (located on the Course Toolbar).
2. Click a topic name to enter the topic area. You will see that the message threads with Subject, Messages, Author, and Date.
3. Click the to show the messages in the thread.
4. Click the message subject to read the message.
5. Click the attached file.
6. Select Open the file will be opened for you to read. Select Save, you are able to save the file to your computer. Select Open and click OK.
