Use Mozilla browser for WebCT

1. Go to www.mozilla.org/firefox. Click Download Firefox button. Click Save button to save the file to your computer.

2. Install the Mozilla Firefox browser to your computer by double-clicking the "Firefox Setup 1.5.exe" file and running the wizard.

3. To access the Blackboard site, you need to turn the pop-up blocker off on Mozilla Firefox. Open the Mozilla Firefox browser. Go to Tools, select Options. Select Connect on the top row of the window. Uncheck "Block Popup Windows". Click OK.

4. You may close the browser and re-open it to access the Blackboard site.
