How to Enable Pop-ups and Cookies in IE7
1) Open Internet Explorer 7.
2) Click the “Tools” button located in the top-right corner of the browser.
3) This will open a dialog box. Click “Privacy.”
a) Slide the bar down until you see “Low.”
b) Uncheck “Turn on Pop-up Blocker.”

Click “Apply” to confirm.
4) Click “Sites” located under the sliding bar. A new box “Per Site Privacy Actions” will appear.
a) Type http://vista.ctdlc.org in the box.
b) Click “Allow”.
5) After clicking “Allow,” you will see “ctdlc.org” appears in the “Managed websites:” box.
a) Click “OK” to confirm.
b) You will be brought back to the Privacy box. Click “Okay” to confirm these settings. This will close the dialog box.
6) Click “OK” to return to the Internet. You have now enabled cookies and ensured that content from WebCT will not be blocked.
