Application Process For Degree Seeking Students

Degree Seeking Students should complete the following 5 steps to apply to Middlesex Community College. Non-Degree Seeking Students should see requirements here.

Apply and pay the $20 Application Fee

There are 3 convenient ways to apply:

Submit Transcripts

  • Submit proof of high school or GED completion if applying as a degree seeking student.
  • Transfer students should submit an official college transcript of prior course work for evaluation.

Submit Proof of Immunization- Two doses of Measles/Mumps/Rubella/Varicella (MMRV) Immunizations

Complete the Basic Skills Assessment for English and Math

  • Please visit the College Learning Center section of our website at www.mxcc.edu/BSA for more information, exemptions, and to schedule an appointment. Please bring test results with you when you come in to register.

Meet with an Advisor and Register for Classes

New students must attend an advising session

Faculty and advisors, who are truly engage and want to know your interests, will help you with your academic pursuits. They will discuss assessment test results, courses, and together you will build a class schedule. This session is designed to help you with transitioning to college and a new experience.
