The College Administration at Middlesex Community College consists of the President and two College Deans. President Wilfredo Nieves, a Middletown resident, now leads the Middlesex Community College Management Team. Serving under the President are Frank Samuels, the Dean of Learning & Student Development, and David Sykes, the Dean of Administration, Finance & Planning.
